1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at qwetrumtechnologies.com or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Qwetrum Technologies reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2 Services Provided

Qwetrum Technologies provides a range of digital services including but not limited to:

Custom web design and development
E-commerce solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom builds)
Landing page design and optimization
POS software development
Healthcare and HIPAA-compliant application development
Digital marketing including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC
Data analytics and business intelligence dashboards

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to each client.

3 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
Ensure that all content, images, and materials provided to us are legally owned by you or properly licensed
Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

4 Payments & Refunds

All service fees are outlined in the project proposal or contract. Standard payment terms are:

50% upfront deposit required before work begins
Remaining balance due upon project completion before final delivery
Monthly retainer services are billed in advance

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If Qwetrum Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed services, a proportional refund will be issued. No refunds are provided for completed and delivered work.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. Qwetrum Technologies reserves the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances.

5 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including website code, design assets, and content.

Qwetrum Technologies retains the right to:

Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
Use proprietary frameworks, tools, and libraries developed internally
Retain ownership of any third-party components used (licensed separately)

All pre-existing intellectual property, including our tools, methodologies, and code libraries, remains the sole property of Qwetrum Technologies.

6 Confidentiality

Qwetrum Technologies treats all client information, business data, and project details with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

We may require clients to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects upon request.

7 Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. When you contact us or use our services, we may collect:

Name, email address, and phone number
Business name and project details
Website usage data via cookies and analytics tools

8 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
Qwetrum Technologies will deliver all completed work and assets
Any upfront deposits for unstarted work may be refunded at our discretion
